The Lexicon is a collection of abstract thoughts I’ve had, especially of words with definitions that differ based on perspective. In a way, they’re a reflection of how I hope that there’s so much more beyond our limited, earthly perspective.

Cosmai Structure: The Nature of Reality

The Cosmai is a simplified structure of how realities exist and interact. It is a web of conjoint realities on various scales and such realities are even carried by entities outside of the reality’s domain.

The Five Determinations: Actuality – Concept – Reality – Integrity – Culture

Chain – The chain is the order of collective realities and the order of their scale.

Dom-system – Ascending in the ‘chain.’

Sub-system – Descending in the ‘chain.’

Materternal-Aedict

The “center” of which all realities and chains “gravitate.” It is the perceptively impossible “end.”

— Actuality —

Actuality is the state of existence and influence. The fundamental base of which all are formed, all are made, and all interact. “Heart.”

Syn: Self

— Concept —

Concept is a unit of fundamental principle and abstraction. It is the free threads from actuality that can alter, transform, and generate actualities and realities. “Branch.”

Syn: Organ

— Reality —

Reality is the fabric of existence. It is the grouping, the arrangement, of how actualities and concepts exist within, such as laws of physics. This applies to its carriers, its children should they leave. “Body.”

Syn: Nature

Reality’s internal form includes:

Energy – An actuality construct that can permeate and form realities. Multiple energies can compose realities and such energies are mana, chi, psionic (psi), and entau.
Truthpaths – Truthpaths and similar realities may fuse themselves into others, becoming a part of the fabric. Truthpaths may form entire realities and even energy, those formed from them are labeled as truthborn. “Symbiosis.”

— Integrity —

Integrity is the ability of which reality, actualities, and its concepts, exist, and how they exist. Let alone how they react to different realities. “Health.”

Syn: Infinity

Integrity’s internal form includes:

Adaptability – The ability to deviate. How the formation of reality can deviate from its primary creation. “Defense.”
Scale – The ability of continuity. The extent of how reality can manifest the different existences of realities such as actualities that can be considered, by that reality’s standards, “impossible” or “inconceivable.” “Defense.”
Depth – The ability of reaction. What can be created in or from the reality through the intermingling of its actualities and concepts, and therefore exist. “Defense.”
Assimilation – The ability of alignment. What similar concepts can meet and equate without conflict.

— Culture —

Culture is the relational feedback between actualities, concepts, and realities. “Creation.”

Syn: Eternity

Culture internal form includes:

Parallels – Similarities that allow other realities to co-exist. “Power.”
Differences – Differences that can cause other realities to clash and “fight” each other. “Power.’
Synergy – The combination of differences and parallels that can allow something else to form, like a much stronger reality or extension. “Power.”
Breakdown – The destruction of differences and parallels that may cause something else to form as a result or side-effect or an end. “Power.”

OveReality

The overarching reality that connects other realities.

False Reality

A fleeting reality whose existence is only temporary by the truth of the realities that compose it and encompass it.

Frequency

Frequency is a pattern of reality alignment and a visual of reality’s integrity, it allows entities within to experience more or less the nuances and complexity of conceptual laws. These nuances are the weight and governance of the natural conceptual laws of reality, such as its physics, that alter the experiences of native entities. In high frequency realities, the conceptual laws hold more weight and therefore more of its complexity is perceived. In low frequency realities, those within tend to skim or glaze over the conceptual laws, leading to less complexity than a high frequency reality despite having the same concepts.

The complexity and nuances by frequency determine the level and scale of the conceptual experiences, such as its magicks. This entails that various concepts, such as magic, in low frequency realities can be experienced on a greater scale due to their less complexity. In high frequency realities, it tends to be more rare or difficult for such a possibility. However, the concepts of a low frequency reality are generally weaker if native entities were to face reality with a higher frequency. This applies to every concept of an entity, from strength to even the state of their existence.

Example: if a magic user were to move to a higher frequency reality, the change of complexity weakens their magicks but nonetheless still experiences magic. It is the transference to the higher frequency that allows them to hone their magic to a much greater height since they can now work and study with greater detail of nuanced complexity.

Dichotomy of Faith

Holy and unholy aren’t necessarily light and darkness but instead about oppositions. For example, Life Force is an essence that exists in many forms, only given meaning by specific points of view and those who conceptualize it. Following the set form of ‘life force’, the definitions of unlife, death, or other states of being are given meaning. However, Life Force is often centralized around beings of flesh and blood, or organic beings, fuelled by naturally occurring energy.

Example: Artifacts of unholy power can be deemed holy to specific faiths.

Holy

A wide spectrum that is often composed of divine magic and miracle magic rotating around belief, life forces, and distillation. By focusing arcane energy into belief, faith, and willpower can it be made manifest. Holy power is not necessarily reliant on deity-like entities or concepts receiving the faith, but it can be.

Unholy

Divine magic and miracle magic turned to the conviction of opposition, it is the transference of destruction or life force into death, unlife, or other states of being. Arcane energy is channeled into the faith of antagonizing unbelief as well as manipulating, twisting, and changing life forces.

Energies of Creation

Energies are creative forces of action and change formed in countless ways. They can be naturally generated in and from realities, created through cosmic actions or even by the natural evolution of animals and peoples. They are perpetual forces of creation and change that permeate realities, aiding in shaping the realities, their dimensions, their multiverses, and even reshaping themselves. Through this, they can be referred to as magical energy.

The ability to use energy varies from entity to entity, wide with many possibilities. For example, those who use energy may not generate it and instead use the energy around them. Another situation would be those who are not born with the ability but can potentially develop it. Ability development has an infinite amount of esoteric ways, but even then only a few ways or none may work depending on the knowledge and local reality. For those who are natural conduits and generators of energy, there is another case.

Some entities, whether it be rare or common, are natural conduits and generators of energy. Despite being a conduit or generator, it doesn’t mean they can use the energy. However, their actions, emotions, and beliefs emanate the ability to create, especially when done collectively en masse. This applies to desires, rumors, and traditions. By this, depending on the reality, it can birth spirits, whether fae, demon, or angel and the alike.

Mana – Common association: Energy of the heart

Chi – Common association: Energy of the body

Psionic (psi) – Common association: Energy of the mind

Triusli – Common association: Energy of projection

Fractal Infinitum

A primal generation of realities from a similar template of formation. It is why the laws of physics, the laws of realities, can be very alike. It is how countless worlds can be similar, along with their natures and folk. It is how humans can be formed in different worlds, universes, and dimensions with practically identical characteristics. Even histories can be mirroring, such as equivalent nations and systems. While there may be similarities, there are still plenty of differences that can set themselves apart. It is not a uniform generation. The histories of other Earths can be completely different, and yet it isn’t limited to just Earth. The fractal infinitum is a kaleidoscopic, infinite generation of multiuniversal possibilities filled with elements that may be analogous.

Historic Future

Historic Future is the analysis of time to be and before by the interactions of all rooting concepts. It is the reading of all material and immaterial reality—past, present, and future—and all its countless layers. It is the memory of all things, what they’ve been through, and their history of interactions that is channeled into a perceived projection through sheer prediction down to the smallest detail. Each particle, each atom, each minuscule facet, their interactions, and their nature are taken into account to tell the history and future.

Magic

Magic is a conceptual state of productive energy. Magic takes different forms based on where and how they originate, such as mana energy and psionic energy. This leads to countless systems harnessing it and ways magic reacts to different realities. Magic is boundless in its possibilities, able to change and alter realities, all dependent on its users.

Energy flows through different realities with various influences. It can have a mutative influence that can alter physics, thus creating laws that affect itself and potentially enable magic. This means that energy works with nature and to form new laws, established through the myriad paths of its changes, while in turn influencing the nature of reality and its creation.

Nature, touched by magic, may turn into channels that turn energy into their version of chaos and order. Conceptual aspects of nature, from plants, instinctual animals, skies, earths, stars, and more, may turn into filtering channels of power. These filtering channels often soothe destructive magical energy, bringing harmony and beneficial chaos. This harmony and chaos bring stability to the natural world, physical and metaphysical, and allow it to affect the evolutionary path of entities. All the natural magical formations may gain specific properties leading to many potential reactions, such as herbalism and alchemy. Inanimate objects

Types of magic

This is a simple list of examples of the types of magic that can exist and their short explanations.

Arcane – Flexible system of fundamental creation through pure energy, it can transfer between magical forms. It exists as much as a science. Arcane magic is the interworking base of which can form other magics through its actions and reactions. It is the essence of pure logic, or the absence of it, in the form of magic.

Cosmic – Connection to the essence of universal totality with the flow of the stars and other stellar phenomenon. The conjuring of conceptual power from stellar phenomenon, from their mere existence and beyond to the unseen. The undying breakdown of arcane that warps and shapes it.

Angelic – Magics birthed to the order of creation and emotions, stability and control. A form of magic that exists in many ways such as the creation of harmonious good they believe in or to the visionary evil of universal domination that they perceive as good.

Demonic – Magics birthed to the chaos of creation and emotions, action and expression. A malleable representation that can be the tool of freedom as the punishment of evils or to the existence of pure antagonistic evil of all things.

Divine – Magicks bestowed by gathering the magical essences or power of others, especially faith. Others are commonly great and powerful spirits, gods, and even philosophical concepts, that synthesize energies to their own creation. Faith and alignment.

Dream – Magics born from imagination, the manifest of creation and boundless possibilities free from common logics.

Luck – The alignment of fate in accordance with the colliding flow of all existing energies, rearranging all the different environmental conditions to the favored outcome of the user.

Miracle – The call of sheer emotions, willpower of belief, and resolve that harnesses the energies of the heart, body, soul, and the surrounding environment like the magic of luck. The resolve of belief and wishes, powered by energy, allows miracles to change reality and fate by causing an influence that forces material conditions to realign how they can.

Nature – Connection to the natural flow of reality, from its chaos and order and its preservation and transformation. It harnesses the magical conduits of hearts that give all natural things shape, borrowing their conceptual form. Such hearts of nature are the aspects of animals, the life of plants and fungi, the sentient spiritualism formed by fire, water, earth, and the alike.

Sentient-kin / Kin-folk / Ancestry / Heritage

Collective group of related entities, similar to species or race.

Shattering: Death and Rebirth

Death, and its perception. Shattering is the breaking and permeation of the self on many physical and metaphysical levels of existence besides the esoteric concept of the “soul.” It is the spread of the self’s dreams, imagination, mind, and memories across infinite realities, much like seeds or spores, caused by the cusp of the self’s perceived end. That means the spreading influence, and resulting births, are not inherently done by the self’s complete death. The shattering flows and works with all creations across the infinite, fractalizing realities, leading to reshaping changes and reincarnations. Even if someone resurrected, post-shattering, with only a few of their fractional pieces, that does not mean they are not whole, and the shattering carries on regardless. With the return by resurrection, the self is anew and may shatter like before. Memories may carry on with the entity’s end.

For a visual, imagine a mushroom exploding spores, and those spores are scattered across the world.

Truthpaths

Truthpaths are realities as cosmic philosophical paths that lead to their manifest perpetuation, recreation, and rebirths, by conducting them. Acting them out results in the permeation of the truthpath’s esoteric forms, especially when implemented in other realities in an effective, working manner. It is the transcendency beyond gods, where gods of endless dimensions and multiverses are even seen as temporary. The truthpath is practically eternal in its wide band of influence. The truthpath is the labyrinth of ways and tenets that can lead to countless possibilities.

Truthborn

The truthborn is an existence’s absolute makeup from within the material conditions of a truthpath, where everything made and remade within the truthpath’s reality and its derivatives are made of it. The truthborn is the truthpath’s reality manifested. The truth of the truthpath constitute every single minimum aspect, the basic structure, of reality.
